Graduate Marine Engineer (GME) Course:

1. B.E./ B.Tech. in Mechanical/ Naval Architecture or Mechanical & Automation after attending a course of 4 years duration from a UGC recognized University and/or approved by AICTE, with minimum 60% aggregate marks and minimum 55% marks in the final year.
2. For Diploma candidates with lateral entry to 2nd year of B.Tech, need to have scored 60% and above in Diploma followed by the Degree eligibility criteria.
3. Maximum age should not exceed 28 years on the date of commencement of course

4. Course commences in March, July and November every year.

1. Online written exam – This exam consists of multiple choice questions of English, General Aptitude, Reasoning and Mechanical Engineering.
2. Psychometric personality test – This test is analysis based and is conducted to check the candidate’s personality. Candidate’s personality should be suitable to work on Merchant Navy ships.
3. Interview
